An open audition is one that is advertised in the trade press, or sent to us as an agent and labeled an Open Audition - this means that anybody is able to attend, whether or not they have an agent. Anyone who is a member of the Artemis Agency will already have been submit for any relevant auditions privately, so do not need to apply for these themselves.

Jack Frost V'S The Sun Shine Kids - Summer panto!
A brand new panto commissioned by the Windsor Globe!
Welcome to the 70's and welcome to the funky sounds of The Sun Shine Kids. They rule the block with their slap bass and funky fat back beats BUT the king of cool is not impressed. Why does it always have to be Sun Shine this and Sun Shine that? What if we made it snow in the middle of summer - surely that would be great fun, everybody loves snow days, even the Queen - I wonder if she'd mind a little arty snow in Windsor this summer?
Open to children aged 6-17, who would like to act, sing and dance in a real show this summer! With workshops and rehearsals, it is an extended learning experience! Priority for places goes to residents of Windsor and Maidenhead, students (past and present) of Artemis Studios or their summer schools, and pervious junior cast members.
About the Windsor Globe...
The Windsor Globe is an annual outdoor festival of theatre, music and comedy. Each year we build a temporary theatre structure, to provide all the facilities of a permanent theatre, but in an outdoor environment.
The festival is produced by professionals theatre practitioners, who are supported by a large community team of actors, technicians and other volunteers.
Set in the beautiful grounds of the Alexandra Gardens, in view of the castle, river and Eton Bridge. A truly inspirational setting for the tales!
Workshop rehearsal week 6th - 9th June. Sunday rehearsals from 17th June.
Shows from 31st July - 12th August - 7 shows in total.
No audition required, but places are limited. A fee of £90 per child is payable, but discounts are available for siblings, previous cast and students of Artemis Studios.
