Hello Everyone,

We have manged to run most classes this week, but we have decided to reschedule all of the classes for FRIDAY 8th, as they have a late finish and snow is forcast again. We want students and tutors to stay safe!

SATURDAY 9th;

We plan to open for business as usual.

The local councils think they will have the gritting sorted by the weekend, so WE WILL, OR PLAN TO BE OPEN AS NORMAL ON SATURDAY.

In the event there is very heavy fresh snow on Friday night, and if it will not be possible or safe to open on saturday afterall, we will take the following action:

SATURDAY MORNING:

1.We will call EVERYONE individually at least an hour before their class begins (so from 9.15). We will call everyone until we have spoken to you in person (not just a message).
2. We will send out an email at 9am to the address this email has been sent to.
3. We will post a note on this web-blog (on the front page of our website on the right hand side).

In the event we do have to close for the day, all Saturday classes will be rescheduled for a half term day or a Sunday later in the term (parents will be consulted on the options before a date is chosen). All students will still get 12 weeks of lessons.
