We are a competitive Squad who travel to events and shows as a team. WE FOCUS ON STREET AD HIP HOP ROUTINES - WITH OR WITHOUT POMS.

We are looking for team members for the existing A.S.A squad (aged 14 - 20)

Aged 14 - Adult?
Able to compete and perform in July, November, December 2011 & Jan 2012?
A great Street or Hip Hop dancer?
Able to train on THURSDAY evenings (plus weekends before a competition)?

You will need to register with us first and do a FREE trial class, be aged 14 to 19 and a parent must give permission for you to take part. You must also be free to practice each week on Thursday nights, and some extra Sundays (before a show) and able to commit to the squad for at least six months to allow for competition. Rehearsals cannot be missed unless there is serious illness or emergency - all squad members sign a contract agreeing to their full commitment. We have an Senior squad (Artemis Allstars) and Junior squad (JV Stars) - only the Senior Squad members perform at all events. Junior Squad perform at suitable level competitions & shows.

In 2010 in addition to competitions throughout the UK, the A.S.A girls were the official dancers for the Marvellous Festival (performing for 6000 people) and Guildford Heat basket ball team.

In 2011 - We were the official dancers for the Marvelous Festival once more. We are also second place winners at the Future Cheer International Dance Competition - Hip Hop division, and intend to go for 1st place in 2012!
