'Elizabeth Moon and the Secret of the Midnight Orphange' written and directed by Bart Lee for Medusa Theatre Company and Triple Threat played to audiences in Reading for a week in July.

The set was designed by Jan Allen, and built with the help of six work experience students from Edgbarrow school in Crowthorne.

The show opened to invited primary schools audiences who were given complimentary tickets. The 100's of children aged 5-11 really enjoyed the show, and several came back on the weekend to the public performances.

The show was professionally filmed, and a mini movie version can now be seen on the lobby television at Artemis on weekends (or purchased should students want a souvenir). Over 500 pictures were also taken and these can also be seen displayed at school, with a slide show version to be on the web soon.

All involved did a great job - and so did the chaperones who had up to 45 children on license to look after on the weekend shows!

Well done everyone!
