The Windsor Globe will run from 28th July - 12th August in 2012.

Shows will be Romeo and Juliet, and a summer panto. The build of the theatre starts on 23rd July. If you want to get involved on or off stage - get in touch!

Update 1st Jan - The summer show is now confirmed as Oliver Twist! More details to follow in the next few days.

New venue for the Christmas Show!

We were unhappy with the backstage area at Cordes Hall, so the lovely people at Bracknell and Wokingham College (and Artemis friends Diane Allen and Jan Allen) have come to our rescue!

Artemis will be launching a new post 16 accredited full time one year course and a part time two year course from September 2012!

We are currently looking for 6 young performers, aged 18-21, who are currently in full time vocational training (at a drama or dance college, such as GSA), or who have recently graduated, to be part of a forum to test ideas and classes. You will need to have a strong dance and acting/musical theatre background.

We would like to extend a huge welcome to new music teacher Jonathon!

Jonathon is an Oxford University (St Catherine's College) graduate, where he left with a BA in Arts and Music, (1st Class!).

We are pleased to announce the first of our patrons for 2012!

R&B band Damage, who started in the 90's, and had many chart hits have agreed to be our music patrons.

One of our ex students who later became a much loved junior teacher at Artemis became ill earlier this year with cancer. Her mum, Barbara, is doing a sponsored walk this weekend - please help if you can!

Lucky Artemis staffer Gemah Allen is currently appearing with BRAD PITT in 'World War Z' a zombie film!

Congratulations to Richard Marsland, Medusa graduate and Artemis Agency client who is appearing in a professional production of Romeo and Juliet in Walton on Thames in October.

Medea My Dear, written and directed by Artemis' Bart Lee, and starring Artemis tutor and agency client Amy McGavin, and agency client Murray Smith, opens at the Wilde Theatre next week.

Congrats to Grace Key and Connor Dudman who are both appearing in Cinderella, the panto at South Hill Park this Christmas (written by Artemis tutor Bart Lee).

The Artemis Senior Allstars have been chosen from hundreds of applicants to go through to the live finals of 'Windsor's Got Talent' performing at the amazing Windsor Theatre Royal.

Artemis is now registered with OFSTED! This means, that from this term (September 2011) we can accept childcare vouchers from parents whose companies offer them :-)

New course for September 2011

We will be running the new Artemis Petite Class. The class is a mini triple threat allowing children aged between 3-5 years to experience a triple threat class and is the first step towards our Saturday combined classes.

We will be running Zumba classes on Monday's at 7.30pm-8.30pm. The class is taken by our very popular teacher Josh Barrow.

Kiaya Brace, 18, who is a member of our award winning ASA dance company as well as an agency client, had a fantastic time recording this summer!

LA Ready - film acting classes for actors aged 12-18 are back at Artemis on Wednesday nights from September.

We now offer Bollywood classes for children aged 6 - teen on Monday nights at Artemis.

Classes run continuously (no holiday breaks) from 5.30-6.30pm.

This weekend Triple Threat were honoured to work with special guest tutor Cydney Unfindale Phillips for 3.5 hours on their up and coming show Henrys Arabian Night's.

There are just 15 places left now in the Windsor Globes junior cast for 'The Wind in the Willows'

Final OPEN ADULT AUDITIONS tomorrow for 'WInd in The Willows' and 'Much Ado About Nothing' - both playing at the Windsor Globe in summer.

The Tap genius and the rest of her awesome group 'Tap Attack' are through to the live finals rounds!

Artemis now offer group and solo LAMDA acting exams/grades.

The first class to take these qualifications will be the adult actors, who will work on group grades.

Congrats to Connor D! He just booked a commercial with Wall's Sausages :-)

You may have noticed we are doing a lot of agency updates this week - we just thought it might be interesting to hear what people are up to with the Agency!

Congrats to Kathleen Baker Carne! She attended her first professional audition last week and has booked the job! Kathleen will appear in Hyundai idents (idents are the mini commercials the show sponsors have before and after each ad break in the show) during showings of this seasons 'Inbetweeners'.

Congrats to Stevie Stanton who has booked a Comic Relief Ident this week. He did so well at the casting he was asked back for another product audition!
