If you are a Zumba fan, and feeling like a Christmas pudding, don't despair! Josh Barrow returns with his 1000-calorie-an-hour burning class this Monday, 9th January at 7.30pm. 

£5 per person, per session (payable weekly). This is a family class, so teenagers are welcome to attend if accompanied by an over 18 year old family member (we have a lot of mummies and daughters working out together)!
