This year our annual L.A.M.D.A exams in Musical Theatre and Acting will be held on Saturdays 9th and 16th December. This has been confirmed by L.A.M.D.A.

A full timetable will be confirmed as soon as we have it from LAMDA, and it will be published here, and available as a letter online through the parent portal, and in class.

This year, the Christmas show will be on Sunday 10th December - and will be a play made up of the L.A.M.D.A work woven into a whole story! Additional parts will be provided for those choosing not to take exams.

IMPORTANT - As the exams are a long way off, and performers are yet to be cast in pantomimes, may have dance competitions etc that clash, DONT WORRY. If you find you are unable to be examined on the Saturday - there is an alternative in place.

All Junior Theatre Co and Medusa actors will still learn all the group work (for the show), but they will not take the groupexams on the 9th (these can't be moved). Instead - they will have the option of taking duo exams on a second (shorter) exam date (we are awaiting confirmation) - likely to be the following Saturday morning. They will recieve top up tutition for this in class times (this is always an option for our teen company members anyway). Any Adult Actors who are taking Solo or Duo will also have the option of coming to the second session. ALL submisisons for exams will not be made until September - so plenty of time to plan and make sure everyone gets their certificates in 2017 :-) 

Need an alternative to the alternative? Not a problem - if you and your duo partner agree- we can submit you to a London public exam (you would need to get yourself to Central London). We dont have or control dates for public centre exams - but if this is likely to be your preferance, we can find the dates and sessions and book you in.
